Updated Haval M6 Launched in Russia with Bigger 12.3-Inch Screen and New Features

The updated Haval M6 has officially been launched in Russia, bringing a range of feature upgrades while retaining its familiar mechanical setup and pricing strategy. This popular crossover has now become more advanced, especially in terms of in-cabin technology and comfort features.

Visually, the changes are minimal. The most noticeable update on the exterior is the glossy black radiator grille, although its overall design remains unchanged. The real upgrades are focused inside the cabin and in the equipment list.

One of the biggest highlights is the larger infotainment system. The screen size has been increased from 10.25 inches to 12.3 inches, along with an improvement in display resolution, offering a more modern and user-friendly experience. The SUV continues to feature GWM Connection telematics services, allowing users to remotely control functions like door locking, engine start, and climate control.

In terms of new features, the updated model now comes with side airbags, a rearview camera with dynamic guidelines, a heated steering wheel, and a refined interior finish. Additionally, the crossover already offers heated front seats, heated exterior mirrors, and even a heated windshield, making it more practical for colder climates.

Mechanically, there are no changes. The Haval M6 continues to be powered by a 1.5-litre turbocharged engine that produces 143 hp. It is available with either a 6-speed manual transmission or a 7-speed automatic gearbox.

As for pricing, the base Optimum MT variant is priced at 2.05 million rubles, while the top-end Optimum AT variant costs 2.3 million rubles, keeping it in the same price range as before.

Overall, the update focuses on improving technology and comfort without altering the core performance, making the Haval M6 a more feature-rich offering in its segment.
