Mercedes-Benz is gearing up to introduce a new “affordable” electric car, based on the next-generation A-Class. The upcoming model will be available in both electric and hybrid versions, making it a key part of the brand’s future mobility strategy.
New A-Class EV: Design and Platform Details
The new-generation A-Class will retain its compact hatchback design, but with a slightly higher ride height. This adjustment will allow better battery placement under the floor without significantly altering the car’s structure.
