Tesla has unveiled a new accessory for EV owners — the Tall Pedestal for the Tesla Wall Connector, priced at $900. The nearly 2-meter-tall aluminum stand allows users to install the Gen 3 Wall Connector without needing a wall, creating a clean freestanding charging setup.
Designed for flexible installation
The Tall Pedestal is intended for both indoor and outdoor environments, making it useful in locations such as parking lots, driveways, and private properties where wall mounting is not practical. Its freestanding design provides greater flexibility for EV charging infrastructure.
Built-in cable management
Tesla has integrated dedicated mounts for tidy cable routing. This helps keep charging cables off the ground, reducing clutter and minimizing the risk of damage or inconvenience.
