KNK Karts, known for go‑karts and off‑road buggies, has entered the two‑wheeler market with a fully designed, developed and manufactured mini bike made in India. The bike uses a bespoke chassis and a petrol utility engine similar to those used in rental go‑karts. The compact motorcycle has been priced at ₹50,000, making it an accessible option for enthusiasts and beginners. The company plans to begin customer deliveries from June 2026.
Powered by an 80 cc engine, the bike produces about 4 hp and weighs roughly 40 kg. Power is sent to the rear wheel through a centrifugal clutch, so no clutch lever or gear changes are required—riding is as simple as twisting the throttle, similar to a TVS XL 100 moped.

Not permitted for road use The engine drives the rear wheel via a chain. KNK offers customizable final‑drive ratios for improved acceleration or higher top speed. The mini bike is not road‑legal and is intended for off‑road tracks, farm use and private property.
Disc brakes on both wheels The mini bike has a single‑sided trailing‑link front suspension and a rear monoshock. Braking is via mechanical, cable‑operated disc brakes front and rear—similar to bicycle disc systems, not hydraulic units.

Its large off‑road tyres are the bike’s most distinctive feature. Bookings are open; production will take place at KNK’s Khanapur, Karnataka facility, with deliveries expected from June 2026.
