MG Motor India is rapidly expanding its portfolio and has now emerged as one of the fastest-growing car brands in the country. The company has already built a strong presence in the electric vehicle segment and is now gearing up to launch several new models in 2026.

One of the most anticipated upcoming launches is a rebadged version of the Wuling Starlight 560 SUV, which has been frequently spotted testing in India under heavy camouflage. According to recent reports, MG has also filed a patent for this model in India, indicating that its launch is getting closer.

Once launched, this new MG SUV will compete with popular models like the Mahindra XUV700 and Tata Harrier.

Patent images suggest that the overall design will remain largely similar to the international-spec model. The SUV features a boxy and bold stance, complemented by sharp LED lighting elements, a blacked-out grille with a mesh pattern, and a rugged bumper design.
