Renault and Nissan February 2026 Sales Report: Triber Up 57%, Kiger Up 61%, Kwid Down 46%
Renault and Nissan together sold 5,525 units in February 2026 — up 521 units year-on-year from the 5,004 units sold in February 2025. Both brands operate jointly in India with a limited portfolio. Here is the model-wise sales breakdown for both brands.
In February 2026, Renault sold 3,495 units while Nissan accounted for 2,230 units. Nissan’s contribution was considerably lower, making up roughly 40% of the combined total.
Renault Triber
The Renault Triber leads the combined sales chart with 2,419 units sold in February 2026 — a strong 56.57% year-on-year increase from the 1,545 units sold in February 2025. The 7-seater MPV starts at ₹5.76 lakh (ex-showroom).
Nissan Magnite
The Nissan Magnite comes in second with 2,230 units sold last month, reflecting a modest 4% year-on-year decline from the 2,328 units sold in February 2025.
Renault Kiger
The Renault Kiger ranks third in this month’s combined sales tally, with 701 units sold — a notable 61% year-on-year increase from the 433 units recorded in February 2025.
Renault Kwid
The entry-level Kwid hatchback rounds out the list with 375 units sold in February 2026, marking a 46% year-on-year decline from the 698 units sold in the same month last year.
Future Plans
Both brands are preparing for future growth. The Renault Duster is expected to return to the Indian market in the near future, while Nissan has introduced the Gravité, which shares its platform with the Renault Triber. Both models are anticipated to provide a meaningful boost to combined sales in the coming months.
