First Images of Tesla Semi Interior Reveal Redesigned Cabin and Driver-Focused Features
The first images of the production version of the Tesla Semi have surfaced, shared by insider Sawyer Merritt. The photos and leaked details suggest that Tesla has significantly redesigned the cabin, adding several features aimed at improving driver comfort and functionality.
The new Semi is equipped with 10 cameras, including an interior driver attention monitoring camera. The side windows have been redesigned to allow drivers to reach outside the cabin if necessary. Ergonomics have been improved, with higher-positioned cupholders for easier access and a larger side storage compartment nearby.
Inside, the cabin features wireless smartphone chargers and two 16-inch displays on either side of the steering wheel. These screens provide control over the truck’s systems and display key information such as navigation, driving parameters, and vehicle status, similar to the prototype.
