Toyota Rumion gets a new, cheaper E variant, now priced at ₹9.56 lakh
Japanese car manufacturer Toyota Motor Corporation has launched a new base E variant of its popular MPV, the Toyota Rumion, in the Indian market. With the introduction of this new trim, the Rumion’s starting price has now become ₹9.56 lakh (ex-showroom).
According to the company, with this new variant, the entry price of the Rumion has been reduced by approximately ₹95,000, making this MPV an affordable option for more customers than ever before.
Available only with petrol and manual gearboxes
The new E variant is available only in a petrol-manual configuration. It is powered by the same 1.5-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine, which:

However, this variant does not offer an automatic transmission or CNG option.
