The Volga K50 becomes the first production car of the Russian brand.

Domestic brand Volga has unveiled its first production vehicle, the K50 crossover. The flagship model will hit the market in the third quarter of 2026, with production planned for Nizhny Novgorod, where a facility with robotic production lines has already been prepared.

The K50’s dimensions place it in the D-segment: it is 4,770 mm long, 1,895 mm wide, and has a wheelbase of 2,845 mm. Under the hood sits a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine producing 238 hp, paired with all-wheel drive and an eight-speed automatic transmission. Adaptive suspension has also been announced, hinting at an attempt to balance comfort and handling.

The equipment list includes a panoramic roof, a 12-speaker audio system, interior ambient lighting, and adjustable front seats with a massage function.

Online users quickly noted the new model’s external resemblance to the Geely Monjaro. The body proportions, front-end design, and even some lighting elements appear similar. However, Volga representatives have previously stated that the brand does not collaborate with Geely in any way.

The car’s price has not yet been disclosed; it will be announced closer to the start of sales in the summer of 2026.
