2026 Yamaha Fascino 125 Gets Design Updates and New Features
The updated Yamaha Fascino 125 features new LED tail lamps, flashers, and the brand’s signature Viconic styling elements, giving it a more premium look. All these design updates have been conceived and implemented by Yamaha Motor India’s R&D team.
Yamaha Motor India has launched the updated version of the Fascino 125 with several design improvements. This update also celebrates a major milestone for the company, as over 1.5 million units of the Fascino have been produced since its launch. The most noticeable change is at the rear, which now looks more compact and refined than before.
Talking about the design, the 2026 Yamaha Fascino 125 features new LED tail lamps, flashers, and distinctive Viconic styling elements, enhancing its premium appeal. It is available in three variants and multiple color options. In the Indian market, it competes with scooters like the Honda Activa, Hero Maestro, TVS Jupiter, and Suzuki Access.
The entry-level drum variant is priced at ₹76,500 (ex-showroom) and is available in Vivid Red, Metallic Black, and Metallic White. The Disc variant is priced at ₹88,000 (ex-showroom) and comes in Cool Blue Metallic, Metallic Light Green, and Dark Matte Blue. The top-spec Fascino S variant is priced at ₹95,200 (ex-showroom) and is offered in Matte Grey and Matte Black.
2026 Yamaha Fascino 125 Engine
The Fascino continues to be powered by a 125cc Blue Core engine. This air-cooled, fuel-injected motor is paired with Yamaha’s Smart Motor Generator (SMG) system, which enables features like silent start and improved power assist. This hybrid technology enhances initial acceleration in stop-and-go traffic while maintaining good fuel efficiency.

Features such as the Stop and Start System (SSS) and E20 fuel compatibility further improve its practicality. In terms of hardware, the scooter comes equipped with telescopic front suspension, a side-stand engine cut-off, and a 21-litre underseat storage compartment. The premium Fascino S variant also gets a color TFT instrument cluster with turn-by-turn navigation and an answer-back function.
